Holiday Inn Express & Suites Watertown-Thousand Islands by IHG

Awesome time! We love staying at Holiday Inns. But this day was amazing! My fiancé and I had a late Valentine’s Day celebration and this hotel made sure that our room was magnificent. Our king Jacuzzi suite had a separate room just for the Jacuzzi. It was truly amazing and as always, the staff at this location is extremely diligent. Jennifer checked us in and she has waited on me a couple of times since I’ve been a member here, and I absolutely adore the fact that she remembers me and greets me with such hospitality. As always, we will be back

We had a really great, last minute stay here! We weren’t planning on staying over but bad weather left us with no choice. Crystal, the front desk staff, was incredibly helpful and really helped us out when our panic-booked Expedia reservation wasn’t quite right. On top of the great service, the hotel was super clean and had one of the best breakfast buffets that I’ve seen. The beds were super comfortable!

Exceptional Service! Integrity and Persistence in Returning Lost Items. I highly recommend this hotel! During my stay in Mid-October, I accidentally left behind my phone and glasses in the room. The hotel staff, especially one dedicated Female Manager, provided outstanding assistance in getting my items back. The cross-country shipping process involved some logistical challenges and delays, but she showed incredible professionalism, patience, and persistence to ensure the package was sent successfully. I was thrilled to receive my valuable items safely on Thanksgiving Day! This unexpected return truly speaks volumes about the hotel's integrity and commitment to guest care. Stayed here and it was amazing. HVAC was easy to operate and not loud. Rooms looked new and well kept. Service was very good and friendly. Crystal was super nice. Shower pressure was good and pool was good. Already looking forward to my next visit.

If you like a place with restaurants around and easy access then here you go. There's a nice outdoor gazebo as well. I was really pleased with the breakfast area. They had some nicer yogurt options and gluten free bread that most places don't. The coffee dispenser also had access for those in a wheelchair. The area was small, but we'll tended. I'm not sure how close it is to the attractions since I was just passing through.

Nice and clean, and great service. Very comfortable bed, and the heating worked great during a very cold couple of days. I highly recommend it

I couldn't give them 5 stars as our room needed to desperately be vacuumed. Other than that, this hotel was very clean in common areas & no smell of tobacco use or Marijuana! The breakfast was exceptional!

Stopped in for a nights stay for local shopping, GREAT location! In the heart off it all. All types of shopping (Salmon Run Mall, Tjmaxx, target, Sam’s, Ulta, Khole’s, Sephora, Walmart, Home Depot ) kids indoor play park(in mall), multiple restaurants (Olive Garden, Texan Roadhouse, Dunkin’s) Very convenient location, 5-8 mins away from everything. The rooms were clean, stocked , and ready upon arrival. The staff is friendly, attentive and goes above and beyond. 5/5! Breakfast was AMAZING, great selection! Gluten free options, dairy free options and take away bags for convenience. We drove 4 hrs during a snow storm and the staff was amazing apon arrival, we checked in a bit late due to weather but they were accommodating and offered us any warm beverages, or snacks for the kids. The value of the stay is great but what make’s this place is the staff! Will be back!
